These are the APIs to register a new webhook URL, update webhook URL and fetch all URLs

Create & Update URL

POST /webhooks: This endpoint can be used to register a new URL and also to update an existing URL.

GET /webhooks: Fetch webhook URL registered with Cake Capital.
